Returns policy

All products and handmade items come with a 12 month warranty (which starts from your order arrival date) so if there are any defects and problems with your items, please email Becki at info@wanderbug.co.uk so I can discuss suggest ways to resolve the issues, sometimes it's just a case of adjusting the way they are fitted, but if they need adjusting, or repairing, I can amend for you.

Please note that if the fit isn't correct because of an added trim or amendment to your window etc which isn't mentioned at the time of ordering, an amendment charge will have to be paid to cover materials, labour and return postage.
If you're not sure that your trims or window shape isn't standard please get in touch.

If an issue arises after 12 months, items can be returned to Becki to be repaired for a small fee to cover any materials, labour and returns postage.
